You herby agree to the vaccination requirements of your pet listed below and understand that failure to meet these requirements may see your pet not permitted to enter our facility and all booking fees and prepayments forfeit for non-compliance.
All dogs must be vaccinated with a C5 vaccine which covers, Distemper (virus), Hepatitis (virus), Parvo (virus), & Canine cough – Parainfluenza (virus)
All cats must be vaccinated with a F3 vaccine which covers, Feline Enteritis (also called panleukopenia), Cat Flu – Calici Virus, & Rhinotracheitis Virus
Vaccinations must be presented to reception on the day of arrival. Canine Resorts does not store vaccinations, and it is on the owner to ensure they have the appropriate vaccine and vaccination certificate for their pet to be able to board. Vaccinations may be presented in both paper or digital form and will not be accepted any sooner than the day of arrival. Vaccinations must be displayed on arrival per each booking.
Vaccinations must be administered to the pet no later sooner than 2 weeks before the boarding stay if it is their first vaccine or if lapsed and requires a booster. Pets who are regularly vaccinated on time will be permitted board after a 7-day waiting period between vaccination and boarding.

The vaccination status must not cease during the booking period, if it is due to expire during this time then it needs to be administer within the above timeframes.
Failure to adhere to the above can lead to your pets booking to be cancelled and all booking fee and prepayments waived.

1. Definitions
a. Canine Resorts means Canine Resorts Pty Ltd ACN 651 229 300 of PO Box 1480 Golden Grove Village SA 5125
b. Core Vaccines means:
i. for dogs, vaccines for distemper hepatitis, parvovirus and canine cough;
ii. for cats, vaccines for rhinotracheitis, panleukopenia and calicivirus; and
iii. for other pets – as recommended by your vet.
c. Fees means the daily boarding fees and any other fees levied by Canine Resorts with respect to the Services.
d. Guardian means a person appointed by you to act as your proxy to instruct and direct Canine Resorts with respect to your pet and the Services.
e. Loss means any present or contingent liability, expense, payment, cost, damage or outgoings.
f. Services means boarding for pets including all related and ancillary care activities.
g. Vet means any veterinary surgeon engaged on your behalf during the provision of the Services.
h. Website means www.windamereboarding.com.au or www.hedgegroveboarding.com.au.
i. You, your means the person who has engaged Canine Resorts to provide the Services and whose name is in the online application form.
2. Guardian Condition
a. It is a condition of engaging Canine Resorts that you appoint a Guardian and that you provide Canine Resorts with the mobile telephone number and email address of the Guardian. If unable to contact you during your pet’s stay, Canine Resorts will contact the Guardian and will accept instructions and directions from the Guardian.
b. You hereby appoint the Guardian to:
i. make decisions on your behalf for the entirety of your pet’s stay including with respect to your pet’s well-being, care and end of life decisions; and
ii. provide instructions to the Vet.
3. Veterinary services
a. At any time during the provision of Services, Canine Resorts may engage a veterinary surgeon to provide services to your pet and you hereby irrevocably:
i. authorise Canine Resorts (in its sole discretion) to engage a Vet for your pet;
ii. record your direction to Canine Resorts to enter into a contract on your behalf with the Vet and you agree that you are directly indebted to the Vet for any fees charged by the Vet; and
iii. authorise Canine Resorts, in the event of the death of the pet, to transfer the body to the Vet to be held until you can provide further directions to the Vet.
b. You acknowledge and agree that you will bear all costs charged by the Vet and that Canine Resorts is not liable in any way for costs incurred with the Vet.
4. Payment
a. You agree to pay the Fees invoiced to you in accordance with these terms and any invoiced terms.
b. If the Services are to be provided for an indefinite period, you agree to pay the Fees to Canine Resorts at least every 14 days.
c. In the event that Canine Resorts suffers any Loss arising from or related to the provision of Services to you, you agree to reimburse Canine Resorts in full for that Loss.
d. Fees are not refundable or transferrable.
e. In the event that payments are not received in accordance with these terms and your pet is still receiving the Services, you agree that Canine Resorts may terminate this agreement and transfer the pet to a pet rescue centre (for example, the Animal Welfare League or RSPCA).
5. Health
a. You confirm that your pet has had all Core Vaccines at the time of the Services together with any vaccination specifically requested by Canine Resorts.
b. You confirm that your pet is in good health at the commencement of the Services and you have advised Canine Resorts of any specific or suspected issues or risks.
6. Behaviour
a. Where applicable, you confirm that your dog is trained and is sufficiently socialised to interact safely with other dogs at the boarding kennels.
b. Where applicable, you warrant that your dog is not dangerous and has never been the subject of any order under the Dog and Cat Management Act 1995 (SA).
c. Canine Resorts does not assume liability for your pet at any time and, except to the extent of any negligence by Canine Resorts, you remain responsible and liable for the behaviour of your pet at all times during the Services.
7. Photographs
a. You acknowledge and agree that any photos taken of your pet may be used in promotional material and you hereby grant Canine Resorts a perpetual right to use and publish (electronically or otherwise) any photo, video or image of your pet.
8. Release
a. You release Canine Resorts and any of its related entities from any claim or Loss arising from or in connection with the Services including any Loss, injury or death.
b. You indemnify Canine Resorts against any claim or Loss suffered by Canine Resorts arising from or in connection with the Services.
9. General
a. You warrant that you are the legal owner of the pet.
b. Canine Resorts will feed (and, where applicable) exercise your pet in line with industry practices.
c. The laws of South Australia govern these terms and the parties agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia.
d. You agree to be bound by these terms, the terms of the Website, the terms of invoice and any other terms agreed between you and Canine Resorts from time to time.
e. You use the Services at your own risk.
